Delivery Trip Day 6

After doing a few hours of work in the morning, it was time to leave Oswego and make the last leg of the trip to Rochester.

My sister steers us out of Oswego Harbor
Passing the Oswego lighthouse marks the start of the open-lake run
Running through the nice, blue waters of Lake Ontario
And taking some spray in the process

After about 3 hours on the lake, we made the turn into the Genesee River and Rochester Harbor.

Time to navigate through a fleet of small sailboats
One final fuel top-off to end the trip
Settling into the new slip with high lake levels

On the 9th day since departing Stamford, we tucked the boat into its new home slip in Rochester. In total, we traveled 6 of those 9 days, totaling approximately 50 hours of travel time and approximately 690 gallons of fuel consumed.
